POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Follow ETO (Customization)/i2V(Cost down)/New Product Development process and requirements to deliver Starter and Control panel design for compressor products, like Star-Delta, VSD drive, soft starter, PLC control and so forth.
遵循ETO（非標定製）/i2V（降低成本）/NPD (新產品) 開發流程和要求，提供壓縮機產品的啟動櫃和控製箱的設計，如星三角啟動櫃
，變頻啟動櫃
，軟啟動櫃
，PLC控製櫃等。

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. According to customer requirement, provide solution with reliable design and reasonable cost.
根據客戶的非標需求，提供設計可靠、成本合理的非標解決方案.
2. Ensure all design meet regional codes.
確保所有設計符合客戶地區規範.
3. Work with suppliers and clarify requirements/codes/standards.
與供應商合作，明確電氣技術要求/規範/標準.
4. Analyze quality issue, address root cause and provide professional solution.
分析質量問題，找出根本原因並提供專業的解決方案.
5. Identify I2V opportunities and drive products cost down .
識別電氣降成本的機會並推動項目的完成.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering.
本科及以上學曆，電氣工程、控製、自動化等專業.
2. At least 3 years experience in electrical control design.
至少3年以上電氣控製設計經驗.
3. Proficient in the design, selection and special applications of electrical distribution, control and protection;
Proficient in common PLC software programming, such as: Inovance, Siemens, AB, etc.
Skilled in the selection and design of relevant electrical components, such as: contactor, fuse, solid state starter, inverter,
various sensors, PLC controller, relay, etc.
精通電氣配電
、控製和保護的設計、選型和特殊應用;
熟練應用常見的PLC軟件進行編程，如：彙川
，西門子，AB等.
熟練應用相關電氣元件進行選型和設計

，如：斷路器，接觸器

，保險絲，固態啟動器，變頻器，各類傳感器、PLC

、繼電器等等.
4. Be familiar with motor qualification and application
熟悉電機的應用（能夠根據電機的參數進行相應的電機配電和控製設計）.
5. Be familiar with relative electrical codes for GB, CE and UL
熟悉GB, CE和UL等相關電氣標準.
6. Be familiar with common office software application, SAP, Windchill and design tool AUTOCAD.
熟練使用常用的辦公軟件，如：Office係列，SAP, Windchill等；熟練使用電氣專業繪圖軟件，如：Auto CAD等.
7. Strong trouble shooting skills in electrical control.
具體較強的電氣控製故障的追蹤和解決能力.
8. Those with working experience in the electrical control direction of the Marine vessel industry will be given priority. Those with experience in electrical control design for the compressor and central air conditioning industries will be given priorit.
有海洋船舶行業電控方向從業經驗者優先考慮
，有壓縮機和中央空調行業電氣控製設計經驗者優先。
9. Good communication and presentation skills, rigorous and serious work attitude, have a strong sense of responsibility.
