Position Overview 崗位概述：
The Head of Careers is responsible for establishing and leading a comprehensive career development and a high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CEIAG) program for all students (ages 11-18 / Grades 7-12). This role provides strategic direction, professional expertise, and operational management to ensure students receive high-quality, age-appropriate career education, academic pathway planning, and university counselling. They may also have a reduced teaching role depending on the background of the candidate.
