Position: Major Tasks Internal
1. Develop an annual RAD branding communication plan to effectively support HR, compliance, legal, MKT, sales and other departments to stablish an outstanding working environment (RAD in China, and China in RAD global). -Deepen collaboration and interactions with Pharma as well as RAD Global functions. -Ensure RAD China is adequately supported and taken into considerations.
2. Contribute to the communication of global RAD and Greater China to ensure China RAD presences.
3. Develop and execute touching program for RAD employee to inspire the sense of pride and accountability.
4. Manage internal communication platforms, and actively expand external brand communication channels.
