YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
With a customer and product-centric philosophy and perspective to identify business opportunities, formulate and implement business strategies, and transform them into team tasks to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
Establishes individual goals for Medical Representatives in alignment with business strategies and objectives and monitors the progress towards them. As a VACC leader, provide coaching and support.
Collaborate with the marketaccess-related departments to promote and accelerate products accessibility.
Recruits and develops qualified personnel in cooperation with HR
Based on product tracking and forecasts, allocate resources and control cost effectively.
Manages complaints and process through effective problem solving, execution, administration and resource management
Conducts performance management and development dialogues with subordinates; improves employees’ performance and engagement by coaching; executes performance improvement plans when necessary
Ensures compliance of all activities carried out in the team, provides regular compliance updates and trainings to subordinates and ensures that the actions are aligned with Bayer’s culture and values.
WHO YOU ARE
Education: - University degree, preferably in the field of clinical medicine or pharmacy or equivalent qualification
Experience: At least two years ( /-) of sales management experience within the medical industry
