Systematically manage the AOI system to achieve good machine performance
and production yield.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Works with AOI vendor to develop the customized AOI handler/kits;
和AOI供應商合作完成客製化AOI分選機/轉換套件的開發。
b. Discuss with engineering team and AOI vendor to define new AOI test item and algorithm;
和工程部門以及AOI供應商製定新的AOI測試項目和原理。
c. Create and manage AOI recipes for new products systematically;
為新產品係統化的創建和管理AOI配方文件。
d. Dispose the held lots and analysis production AOI yield loss, take actions to improve the AOI yield;
處理扣留的批次以及分析生產AOI良率損失，采取相應行動提高AOI良率。
e. Reduce the invalid AOI yield loss by hardware upgrading, specification upgrading or AOI algorithm optimizing;
通過升級AOI硬件
，標準或優化檢測邏輯降低非有效性的AOI良率損失。
f. Lead team to collect and analyze the issue data, design experiment to verify and come up with the solution;
帶領團隊對問題進行數據收集、數據分析、設計實驗進行驗證，並提出解決方案。
g. AOI management system maintenance(Data uploading/collecting/analyzing, recipe documentation/synchronization);
AOI管理係統的維護（數據上傳/收集/分析，配方文件的文檔化/同步）。
h. AOI troubleshooting, conversion and preventive maintenance;
AOI的問題處理，轉換，預防性維護。
i. Turnkey house AOI management(inspection implement, yield monitoring);
代工廠AOI管理（檢測項的執行，良率的跟蹤）
j. Customer return investigation;
客退產品的分析。
k. Summarize experience of AOI maintenance and prepare PPT for training;
總結AOI的維護經驗並提高培訓PPT。
l. Survey in the market for new AOI solutions;
在市場上調研新的AOI解決方案。
REQUIREMENTS:
a. Bachelor’s degree or above with 3 years related experience.
本科及以上學曆

，3年 工作經驗。
b. Familiar with electrical concepts, mechinical concepts, computing concepts, optical imaging concept and etc.
熟悉電路原理，機械原理
，計算機原理，光學成像原理等。
c. Have working experience in semiconductor industry, especially have the experience for AOI operation and maintenance.
具有半導體行業共工作經驗，尤其是AOI的操作和維護經驗。
d. Have project management experience or process management experience.
具有項目管理經驗或工藝管理經驗。

e. Good communication skills and problem solving skills.

良好的溝通能力以及問題解決能力。
f. Good English communication skills.
良好的英語溝通能力。
g. Good Microsoft Office Skill(Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

良好的Office辦公軟件使用能力。
h. Familiar with Visual Studio.

熟悉Visual Studio軟件。
