每日工作快照

日常對設備控製程序進行解讀、修改與參數優化，同時處理溫度

、液位等各類傳感器及儀表的故障判斷、備件調試校對工作，負責化工流程管道
、氣動電動閥門、流體泵、真(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)等(deng)設(she)備(bei)的(de)維(wei)修(xiu)維(wei)護(hu)，以(yi)及(ji)自(zi)動(dong)流(liu)水(shui)線(xian)和(he)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)日(ri)常(chang)檢(jian)修(xiu)，參(can)與(yu)設(she)備(bei)數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)及(ji)底(di)層(ceng)數(shu)據(ju)采(cai)集(ji)相(xiang)關(guan)工(gong)作(zuo)，保(bao)障(zhang)電(dian)力(li)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)專(zhuan)用(yong)生(sheng)產(chan)設(she)備(bei)（繞線機、真空幹燥設備等）的正常運行與維修。



職責與挑戰


● 對設備控製流程有比較深刻的理解，能讀懂設備控製程序及修改優化相關程序和參數（三菱
、西門子等PLC及變頻器和伺服係統
，WinccKingviewC#等組態平台），熟悉溫度、液位、真空壓力、位置、流量等傳感器及儀表的原理結構及故障判斷和備件調試校對。
● 對化工流程管道
、氣動電動閥門（調節閥、球閥、蝶閥等）
、流體泵（離心、螺杆、屏蔽泵等）
、真空泵（旋片泵、液環泵、羅茨泵等）有一定的維修維護經驗；
● 熟悉自動流水線的工作原理及維修維護；
● 有變頻器維修經驗；
● 對設備數字化

、底層數據采集具備一定的認識和經驗；
● 有電力變壓器專用生產設備
，如繞線機、煤油氣相真空幹燥設備
、真空濾油機油處理係統

、喬格矽鋼片橫剪線、Delu氣墊車
、各類真空泵
、行車、升降平台等設備的維修經驗。


綜合素質要求


● 本科以上學曆，機械、電氣
、機電一體化專業，6年以上生產設備維護維修相關工作經驗
，具有中級（或以上）工程師資格證書。
● 有焊工、高低壓電工操作證的優先考慮。
● 具備機械
、電氣
、液壓等專業知識.
● 具備一定的英文能力
，能讀懂理解設備的外文說明書，進行簡單的口語交流。
