Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and operate IT services and continuously improve the relevant processes for a stable IT end user support onsite.
• Purchase and install IT network equipment and devices
• Operate and provide maintenance support in IT network equipment and devices
• Manage WLAN/LAN status and report regularly
• Work with stakeholders and relevant business teams
• Troubleshooting and monitoring LAN/WLAN/WAN activities and utilization and work with vendor Technical Support engineers to resolve issues
• Handle the network issue or tickets within SNOW/BTS for china users.
• Work with other global IT teams to implement/execute change requests and support in-house IT projects

•為中國用戶處理SNOW/BTS內的網絡問題或票務。
•與其他全球IT團隊合作，實施/執行變更請求

Technical Qualifications:
• 5 years of related work experience
• Experience in operation and configuration of different OEM network devices (Cisco switch / Router / Firewall /wireless/Cisco ISE,/Fortinet.)
• In-depth understanding the TCP/IP protocols.
• Familiar with ip networking, L2/L3 Protocol,spanning tree, static/dynamic routing,DHCP, DNS, VLAN ,arp etc.
• Familiar with Cisco wireless and ISE, and VPN
• Have great interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication
• Basic experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools
技術資格：
•5年以上相關工作經驗
•不同OEM網絡設備（思科交換機/路由器/防火牆/無線/思科ISE、/Fortinet）的操作和配置經驗
•深入了解TCP/IP協議。
•熟悉ip網絡、L2/L3協議

、生成樹、靜態/動態路由、DHCP、DNS、VLAN、arp等。
•熟悉思科無線和ISE以及VPN
•具有良好的人際交往能力，較強的口頭和書麵溝通能力
•具備網絡診斷、監控和分析工具的基本經驗
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in network projects for 3 years
• Cisco centificate CCNP or CCIE, or equal ability
• Experience in providing supports to fulfillment/delivery/customer service center
• Experience in IDC, Rack, UPS/Battery, Cooling (CRAC), Power Cabling, FMS, etc.
首選資格：
•3年以上網絡項目經驗
•思科CCNP或CCIE證書
，或同等能力
•為履行/交付/客戶服務中心提供支持的經驗
•IDC、機架、UPS/電池
、冷卻（CRAC）
、電源布線
、FMS等方麵的經驗。
