Responsibilities:
- Manage product life cycle and capacity planning
- Conduct market research, competition benchmarking, review with customers and sales team regularly to ensure products are fit for market needs and trends
- Drive implementation of Standardization and Automation
- Lead cross functional team to realize product development and achieve best cost target
- Determine profitable competitive product pricing and propose commercial agreement to win opportunities
- Introduce new products by developing product information and data sheet to communicate with sales team and customer
- Support customer visit and tackle customer situation
