• Receive inquiry from customer, and issue official order to customer under sales request
• Entering Orders in SAP based on customer's p/o;
• Communicating with relative departments to fulfill orders and arrange the delivery;
• Supporting sales team/financial team to control A/R
• Handling customers' complaints
• In charge of 400 Service and other related administration work, and supporting for marketing team;

• Good communication skill and team spirit;
• Good initiative, and self decipline, able to work under pressure;
• Good presentation skill
