About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing and Purchasing Manager to lead our sourcing operations in China. You will manage supplier relationships, optimize purchase strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective and efficient sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing, ensuring cost transparency and efficiency.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and category management.
• Lead supplier negotiations, securing profitable and reliable partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on procurement and quality processes.
• Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and risk management.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with trusted suppliers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Proven experience in sourcing or procurement management in China.
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics and procurement process.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and foster strong supplier partnerships.
