1. 帶領跨職能項目組成員（研發，市場，采購，質量，生產，物流）遵循博世標準項目流程（PIF)，完成新產品開發項目。

3. 主動評估項目風險和機會，製定風險對應計劃，並始終跟蹤執行進度和響應變化。帶領團隊解決項目中的問題。
4. 每月向管理層及合作部門彙報項目進度及當前狀況，確保緊急事件及時溝通和升級，以確保快速決定，項目按時完成。
5. 管理項目團隊，創造良好的合作氛圍，保持高效的執行力。為項目成員的個人績效提供重要輸入。
6. 進行階段性複盤，不斷改進流程和項目過程中的問題。
- Lead cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics) to develop new products aligned with business targets, following standard process.
- Define and align the project goals properly with all stakeholders. Directly responsible for the overall project success, i.e. goal achievement of product quality/performance, financials and schedule agreed.
- Proactively assess project risks by regularly evaluating program weaknesses and opportunities; define and implements alternative plans with team to keep project on track.
- Communicates project status (including risks, schedule, costs) via monthly global project review meeting
