• Experienced in teaching IGCSE, A-Level Economics and Business Study and similar subjects from other popular international curricula. • Cultivate and inspire students’ genuine entrepreneurship and business acumen. • Real-world professional working experiences and connections are preferred. • Is an articulate, well-read, knowledgeable and reflective practitioner who is enthusiastic and willing to impart such qualities onto our students. • Ability to teach other sociological and/or humanity subjects are preferred. • Be able to encourage and help improve students’ English skills through Economics and Business classes. • Understand and be familiar with PBL teaching practices. • Has an open-mind and with extensive cross-cultural and international exposure, therefore is culturally sensitivite. • Is familiar with teaching Chinese to non-native students (15-19 years old). • Know the characteristics of this particular age group. • View students as holistic individuals with unique strength and personality. •Develop the curriculum with an inquiry based learning approach, nurturing critical reading and thinking. •Give college application recommendations letters to students when requested. •Understand the value of consistent application of school policies. •Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity. •Lead by example to students in mannerism, style and conduct. •Possess good IT skills and a competent user of contemporary ICT.
