該崗位是在幫一家大外資招一位HR數據考勤專員的崗位,會負責到嘉定工廠1000人(ren)左(zuo)右(you)的(de)考(kao)勤(qin)管(guan)理(li)工(gong)作(zuo),需(xu)要(yao)確(que)保(bao)考(kao)勤(qin)數(shu)據(ju)的(de)準(zhun)確(que)性(xing)以(yi)及(ji)幫(bang)助(zhu)現(xian)場(chang)員(yuan)工(gong)解(jie)決(jue)一(yi)些(xie)考(kao)勤(qin)相(xiang)關(guan)的(de)問(wen)題(ti),男(nan)女(nv)不(bu)限(xian),年(nian)齡(ling)不(bu)限(xian),英(ying)文(wen)隻(zhi)需(xu)看(kan)懂(dong)郵(you)件(jian)和(he)係(xi)統(tong)即(ji)可(ke),口(kou)語(yu)不(bu)做(zuo)要(yao)求(qiu),該(gai)崗(gang)位(wei)提(ti)供(gong)班(ban)車(che)以(yi)及(ji)飯(fan)補(bu)。
Position: HR數據考勤專員
Job description:
Mission: Responsible for organizational Data, employee’s master data, and ensure data quality meets the corporate standards.
Responsible for time reports, and time system administration to ensure the accuracy of time data.
1. Responsible for data management for Continental China Locations, incl. but not limited to Organizational Data, Personnel data, maintaining and updating them through enabling system solutions, e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP or vendor systems as per business needs.
2. Provide transactional support to maintain employee record in the HCM system, includes follow-up to approvals, clarifying information or correcting data.
3. Handle time management, correct and administrate HR data for employee work time, overtime, and absenteeism (vacation/ sickness). Support to solve and answer employee’s time or data related questions on site if needed.
4. Responsible for regular HR time
